Dr. Bui Hong Dang earned his Doctorate in Human Resource Management. He has 25 years of experience in the education sector, including 18 consecutive years in higher education management. Currently, he serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Economics and Management and concurrently holds the position of Editor-in-Chief of the HUIT Journal of Science. His primary activities involve management, teaching, and scientific research. During his career, he has been awarded Certificates of Merit three times by the Minister of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs and once by the Minister of Industry and Trade for his outstanding performance in completing assigned tasks. He teaches at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and has supervised numerous graduate students in Business Administration and Economic Management, both within and outside the university, to successful master's thesis defenses. He has also published many articles in national and international scientific journals and led several scientific research projects contributing to local socio-economic development.
