Recently, in a news broadcast by Ho Chi Minh City Television (HTV9) regarding a sustainable economic development project, Mr. Nguyen Duy Tam – a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Industrial Management (HUIT) – participated by providing professional expertise on solutions to promote local development.

The participation of the Faculty’s lecturers in providing professional expert opinions on major media platforms not only affirms their research capabilities but also demonstrates the sense of responsibility of the academic staff in addressing practical social challenges.

Proposing Strategic Solutions

Based on modern management research, Mr. Tam proposed key solutions to assist the local authority in optimizing resources and achieving sustainable development:

          1) Developing smart transportation systems: Designing green transportation networks to enhance comprehensive connectivity between regions.

          2) Digitalizing administrative processes: Applying data and operational digitalization to management tasks – this is also a core research and training strength of the Faculty.

          3) Strict conservation standards: Establishing a system of rigorous criteria to protect local resources, ensuring long-term utility value.
